The Screening Group (TSG) specializes in FCRA compliant Screening services, and is a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA). As a Human Resources consulting firm, they provide; pre-employment screening reports to Employers, Human Resources and Security departments. Their services are Background checks and screening services & Pre-Employment Screening such as Criminal background checks, previous employment verification, Education and degree verification, Reference checks, Motor Vehicle reports, Social Security Number trace.

Challenge
To re-design the whole website from scratch and rank it on Google page 1 for all the major cities and locations of United States within shorter period. The site was nowhere on Google top 30 pages at the time we started the work. We have been assigned 20,000 areas; STAR SEO team has to rank the website for at least 50% of locations ( Glad we ranked the website for 90% of locations i.e 18,000+ keywords and still counting!) The website was not user- friendly and yes it is baffling. The design of the website is poor which made a sour face then giggle. There is no proper navigation between the options. The greatest challenge is not only fixing the website but also ranking it for minimum 10000 locations for its target keywords.
Solution
The outcome of strategic path taken by STAR SEO was effective. Within only 120 days of time we have built well designed website, optimized it for 20000 cities of United States and Ranked it on Google page 1 for 18000 cities (& still counting), which brought the results more than what client hoped for. We created fast loading pages which are very professional. We made striking SEO improvements and made the website look stunning & healthy viewing on all devices. While the keywords play a vital role where we have not taken our eyes off and focused squarely on lead generation. This turned out to the leads converted to sales and set out a benchmark to bring out the business insights.

The Screening Group ranked for 18000 locations for its target keywords & still counting. We were asked to rank it for at least 50% of cities (out of 20000 assigned cities) but we ranked it for 90% of cities!! Our key is elementary, we understood the rules of good design and implemented them.
